Well, first we believe in doing everything with integrity. Treating others, the way we want to be treated. We also believe in setting that kind of example for those who are following us. Our team is here to help buyers, sellers, and investors alike. We believe in dealing with only win-win scenarios for everyone involved. If it's not a win-win then it's not a good deal. Truett Cathy (founder of Chik-fil-a) said People and Principles before Profits. We agree with this 100%. We hope we can find a win-win that suits you too. Contact us now to find out how.
Our Team:
Meet Crystal Molina
Crystal is a mom - to three awesome boys! Everybody says you've got to have your "why" if you're going to be successful. Being a mom has provided her with all the "why" she needs. Deeper still is her faith and commitment to live that out, making a positive impact on those around her. An entrepreneur at heart, she thinks outside of the box, loves being creative and making or imagining new things (see here). Crystal originally started with a real estate license over 20 years ago. That license has since been retired; however, she has continued to study market trends and the investor side of the business ever since.
Additionally, Crystal holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Colorado Christian University and a master's in Biblical counseling from Regent University.
Meet Tom Davis
Tom has been in the construction business for 20 years in various facets from hands on to administrative. From framing to maintenance, Tom has done it all. He has a passion for music, motorcycles, and tattoos. Tom is also a retired fire-fighter and a member of Brother's Keepers Motorcycle Club - an organization of current and retired firefighters who ride to support various good causes around the middle Tennessee area.
Together, Tom and Crystal enjoy spending their Fridays and Saturdays at the football field watching their boys, riding motorcycles, and spending free time with friends and family. Both have a tremendous work ethic and enjoy the fruits of their labor while also doing what they can to give to those in need.
Meet Karen Young
Karen (aka Nana) assists in acquisitions and administrative tasks. She also helps to keep everyone organized by keeping track of schedules and football uniforms, including socks! Originally a music major, Karen returned to school while raising two children and graduated with honors holding a degree in business management.
She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening mostly her grandchildren.
